Also on the Konica Minolta stand visitors will be able to see the Bizhub PRO 1050, which is claimed to be able to produce 6,300 impressions an hour (105 prints per minute).

Designed as a complete document production system with optional on-line print finishing units for six-way folding, booklet making and post inserting, the Bizhub PRO can print variable data on to stock up to A3 and over to generate profit for commercial printers, added the company.

The Bizhub PRO 920 is a recent addition to the range of production print systems.

It is claimed to produce 5,520 mono A4 prints an hour (92 prints per minute) and offers digital printing on to A3 and over stock, variable data print and a range of on-line print finishing units.

For high quality colour output Konica Minolta will be showing the Bizhub PRO C500 with a claimed production speed of 3,000 A4 impressions an hour in either full colour or mono.

The Bizhub PRO C500 can produce trimmed A4 booklets in full colour and it can be used for all colour and mono commercial print applications, whilst saving on the cost of having separate colour and mono digital printers, said Konica Minolta.

Visitors to Ipex will also see Konica Minolta systems demonstrated with the Total Document Management (TDM) range of software.

In addition to VDP Solutions and Document Management Software, pre-press and impositioning software will be demonstrated.
