Konica Minolta Opens Welsh Showrooms

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) is opening two new showrooms in the south Wales cities of Cardiff and Swansea.

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) is opening two new showrooms in the south Wales cities of Cardiff and Swansea.

The new showrooms are purpose built facilities replacing existing premises.

The locations of both showrooms have been chosen to provide easy access and parking for visitors.

As purpose built facilities the showrooms have been designed to provide spacious demonstration areas to see the Konica Minolta award winning Bizhub range of document imaging systems, said the company.

The official opening of the Cardiff showroom will take place on February 7 and the Swansea showroom opening will take place on the following day.

Yasuyuki Kada, managing director of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) will open the showrooms on both occasions and Robert Croft, the captain of Glamorgan Cricket Club (and formerly of England) will be the guest of honour with Bruce Roberts, head of sales for Wales and west for Konica Minolta and invited guests present.

Konica Minolta Business Solutions said it has a strong market presence in Wales with offices and showrooms throughout the Principality including Aberystwyth, Wrexham and Bangor.

Commenting on the showroom openings, Bruce Roberts said: "These are exciting times for Konica Minolta and the new showroom openings reflect the growth and strength of the company.

Konica Minolta is now the number one manufacturer and distributor of true colour systems in Europe and the new showrooms will allow us to show prospective customers the Bizhub range of systems in an environment with all the modern facilities".
