The Emperon operating system is common across the other devices in the Bizhub range, meaning that once users learn how to use one Bizhub they can use them all.
The Bizhub C352P, a print only version of the C352, is also available for customers who do not require the scanning or copying facilities.
The Bizhub C300 and C352 feature a new RADF (recirculating automatic document feeder) providing a slit scan function with the ability to scan double-sided for fast document scanning of up to 50 colour originals or 68 mono originals per minute at 300dpi resolution, said Konica Minolta.
That is claimed to allow fast and accurate scanning of documents for customers using archiving software.
Scanned documents can also be sent externally via email, to an FTP server or to a user's personal folder on their desktop.
The Bizhub C300 and C352 have a claimed print resolution of 1,800dpi by 600dpi producing clear text, sharp edges and superior colour reproduction.
The systems benefit from using Konica Minolta's patented Simitri polymerised toner with smaller, smoother, more uniform toner particles for more even distribution.
Paper supply for the systems is 850 sheets as standard and can be expanded with optional drawers to a maximum 3,350.
With the optional embedded finisher the Bizhub C300 and C352 are said to have the smallest footprint in the industry for full colour MFPs, whilst still offering the same finishing options as larger products in this segment.
The optional mailbin finisher provides up to seven output trays to benefit any larger workgroup or department.
The optional 33.6Kbps, Super G3 fax module provides fax functions with digital functions, such as box receiving, email forward or PC fax.
Users can access up to 2,100 contacts from the address book, said the company.
John Howard, head of marketing for Konica Minolta Business Solutions, said: "These multifunctional colour systems are designed for workgroup use, providing a cost-competitive alternative to expensive personal desk top colour ink-jet and laser printers.
