In an effort to accelerate service and provide technical support and training in emerging sales markets, Komori will open new Technical Service Centres in Malaysia and the Czech Republic.

Both centres are scheduled to open in September.

The Technical Service Centre in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) will employ 10 specialists.

Komori said that the centre will provide product training, not only for the company's distributor technicians but also for customer technicians and press operators.

It will also serve as a sales support demonstration centre.

To increase customer satisfaction the centre will provide preventive maintenance support to customers to ensure maximum productivity of their Komori presses, added the company.

The Eastern European Service and Sales Centre will be a branch office of Komori International Netherlands and it will be operated out of the headquarters of Graffin, Komori's distributor in Prague (Czech Republic).

Also employing 10 specialists, the centre will provide sales and service support, training and a continuing preventive maintenance programme for Komori customers in the region.
