KAS Paper Systems is to launch the Crease Matic 150, a programmable card creaser, which has been produced for the short to medium run digital print market.
The Mailmaster 465HS inserts into envelope sizes between DL and over-sized C4 at speeds of up to 6,000 completed envelopes per hour, whilst the Mailmaster 565HS inserts into envelope sizes up to C5 at speeds of over 7,000 per hour.
Additional features include sheet feeders with accumulation and folding in-line with OMR, BCR or OCR facility, touch screen control, management information, in-line stapling or booklet making.
The Polywrappers can have their own dedicated feeders or can be combined with a Mailmaster 465HS system, thus having the flexibility of inserting into envelopes or film on the same machine.
The Integra Magazine inserter will collate multiple documents of different sizes and thicknesses inserting them into a magazine or folder.
It can be integrated with other KAS equipment so that the folded book can eventually be inserted into an envelope or polywrapped.
A selection of the Kasfold range of Booklet-makers and ancillary equipment will also be on show.
The KAS stand at Drupa will be in hall 13, stand B07.
