York Container Company of York, Pennsylvania (USA) has bought a multicolour KBA Corrugraph flexo press with inline rotary die-cutter to enhance its graphic capability and manufacturing capacity.

The Corrugraph is a 1,676mm x 3,000mm (66" x 118") high board line format press housed in a fixed frame, with an open architecture design and that is fully servo driven in all sections.

The machine offers the flexibility to produce multicolour, direct printed graphics, coatings and inline die cutting in a single pass on a wide range of corrugated substrates, said KBA.

Basic features include vacuum transport, quick anilox changeover, ergonomic touch-screen controls, ink management, multi-job storage, automatic set-up of printing parameters and KBA's unique networked CPU machine-based control system.
