Serbian Offset Hunger Is Carrot For KBA Karat
Belgrade pre-press agency Grid Studio has installed a KBA 74 Karat - the second press of this type to be shipped to a state in the former Yugoslavia.
Owner Daniel Korzeniewski said: "We're excited about the KBA partnership that will allow us to grow our organisation into new markets as well as being able to add our services to our existing customer base.
KBA's Drupa booth and the presses shown were extremely impressive and its wide range of technology will ensure that KBA is the best partner for our future development." Color K is a small digital and offset company serving the southern Florida marketplace.
The 74 Karat features an inline coater for high gloss and faster turnaround.
The company said the press would enable the company to address customer demands for same-day service.
The press also has an optional board package for running thicker substrates, which will help the company expand into the short-run packaging market.
The printer said that being able to serve clients' total needs in Miami is extremely important as it is a fast-paced marketplace and print buyers have limited time.
Many organisations use the trendy hot spot for testing new packaging concepts and the Karat is an ideal solution for capturing that emerging market. Request a free brochure from KBA ...
