A snip at £7,500 for the complete set - the 60-volume Dictionary of National Biography for Oxford University Press has just been completed by Butler and Tanner (B and T) Using the Frome (UK) printer's battery of large format KBA presses, B and T Group started printing the three-metre set of books early this year with the 60th volume just completed
Each volume consists of 1,000 pages and with a print run of 5,000 copies the dictionary represents one of the largest single print orders ever secured by B and T.
