Four KBA Presses Sell Off Stand At
Moscow Show

KBA sold four presses straight off its stand at the Poligraf Inter trade fair in Moscow.

KBA sold four presses straight off its stand at the Poligraf Inter trade fair in Moscow A Rapida 74 four-colour coater press with delivery extension (with linked Densitronic S closed-loop colour control system and Logotronic Professional production management system), a Performa 66 five-colour, a Performa 74 four-colour and, for the first time in Russia, a B3 (20") Genius 52 waterless press were demonstrated

The Genius 52 went to a printer in Baku in Azerbaijan, the Rapida 74 to Perm, with another booked for delivery to Dnepropetrovsk early next year.

Contracts were signed for a number of Performa presses and enquiries received indicated that post-fair business will also be brisk, said KBA.

The Genius 52's compact footprint, convenient one-man operation (via an angle-adjustable console) and start-up waste of less than 10 sheets made it a focus of attention, added the company.

KBA was represented on two stands by its Russian sales outlet, KBA RUS, its Czech subsidiary, KBA-Grafitec, and an allied dealer, IPRIS.

More than 40 prospects took advantage of trips KBA staff organised to see a KBA Comet five tower newspaper press with two folders and seven reelstands in action at Prof-Media-Print. Request a free brochure from KBA ...
