KBA's Russian subsidiary, KBA RUS, has received a Kristall Marsan and a further three diplomas in various categories The Kristall Marsan is awarded by the Kursiv publishing house - the publisher of several print industry journals, including Kursiv and GART

Their awards are considered one of the year's highlights for the graphic arts industry in Russia, said KBA.

KBA RUS received its Kristall Marsan for the year's best completed project - the installation of a Rapida 205 press at PVG in St.

Petersburg as the widest-format sheetfed offset press in Russia.

In the jury's opinion, the project was the most convincing demonstration of the assessed criteria 'standard of technical implementation, 'technical parameters and 'efficiency.

The compact small-format sheetfed Genius 52 was also honoured with a number of diplomas, for example the visitors' prize for the best press at the Polygraphinter exhibition and a prize awarded by a jury of representatives from leading Russian print enterprises.

KBA is a regular participant in the competitions for a Kristall Marsan, which have been awarded annually since 1998.

A prize was previously received in 2003, for example, following the first presentation of the 74 Karat digital sheetfed offset press at Polygraphinter. Request a free brochure from KBA ...
