Hybrid inks, overprint varnishes and UV coatings for sophisticated in-line finishing are the subject of the latest issue of Process, KBA's technology journal for printers wishing to create some stunning effects.
The 64-page publication contains information on inks, coatings and drying systems, the reactions they can cause, high-gloss UV technology, advances in hybrid technology, economic and environmental aspects, as well as tips and examples.
Contributors include consumables specialists, Fogra and German health and safety authorities.
The first copies will be distributed at KBA's coating seminar on March 16 and 17 in Dresden (Germany) for which over 500 print pundits from 22 countries have signed up.
Available in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian, KBA Process is obtainable free of charge (whilst stocks last) from the KBA marketing department or as a down-loadable PDF from the KBA website.
