KBA Man's Promotion Recognises China's
Importance
KBA's new management team member, Dietmar Heyduck, has been charged with promoting closer inter-divisional cooperation to maximise opportunities in China and India.
His appointment as sales director for sheetfed offset presses KBA in Radebeul (Germany) includes his being granted special powers of attorney to represent KBA, which reflects Heyduck's success in and underlines the importance of China and India to KBA, with its major growth potential, said the company Dietmar Heyduck said that he viewed his appointment as recognition for the team which has given him full support in his work

Heyduck joined KBA's newspaper press sales department in 1994 and in 1996 he moved in to sheetfed offset sales in Radebeul.
KBA added that Heyduck's knowledge of the Chinese language took on management of the KBA office in Beijing.
He remained in charge of the Beijing office until the summer of 2001 and during that time he established a sales and service organisation for KBA in Greater China, with subsidiaries in Shanghai and Hong Kong, as well as branch offices in al,ost all of the country's industrial centres.
Today, Chinese customers are looked after by a team of almost 100 KBA staff.
