One of KBA's six-colour Rapida 105 presses with coater and extended delivery has been ordered by Chinese packaging printer Harbin Xinqi.
The press, which is scheduled to be delivered at the end of this year, will provide a substantial capacity boost to the company's existing fleet of non-KBA presses, it is claimed.
KBA said that the press sale further expands its position in the north Chinese market.
Harbin Xinqi, from the province of Heilongjiang, is a manufacturer of pharmaceutical packaging in north-east China.
It was founded in 1992 and now employs 270 people.
