Two new scuff-resistant UV vinyl, linerless heat sealable over-laminating films have been added to the Lamount.com e-commerce website.
Two new scuff-resistant UV vinyl, linerless heat sealable over-laminating films have been added to the Lamount.com e-commerce website Linerless Sandtex features 100 micron sand textured vinyl film, which is extrusion coated with 25 micron of Superstick heat activated adhesive giving a total thickness of 125 micron (5ml)

Superstick is an adhesive system that once in the melted state, is said to exhibit more of a pressure sensitive nature to bonding with difficult surfaces.
The sandy textured finish of the film is claimed to have excellent scuff resistance for trade show graphics and POP displays.

The Linerless Velvet, featuring 150 micron 'felt' textured vinyl film similarly coated with 25 micron of Superstick adhesive giving a total thickness of 175 micron (7mil), is now also available.
The polycarbonate 'look-alike' material is said to have a durable non-skid and scuff resistant rigid surface.
Applications for this material will include exhibition graphics, pop-up displays, counter mats and mouse pads.
The other materials in the Linerless UV vinyl heat seal range are 100 micron gloss, 125 micron lustre, 125 micron matt and 250 micron Canvastex.
