At Labelexpo, MacDermid Printing Solutions will introduce a new range of hard plates designed for the high end of label printing.

The plates include Digital Rave, designed for CTP technology, whilst ROK is the newly-developed analogue hard plate.

MacDermid will also introduce the MAC flexographic medium durometer analogue plate for various applications.

MacDermid offers a range of equipment and flexo plates to cover label printing applications, from analogue to digital plates, solvent processed or thermally processed using the Lava technology.

In addition, the company has a range of tensioned and sticky back blankets for label printing, as well as the Axcyl sleeves range, which is said to be approved by OEMs.

The company has also now agreed a partnership with Kodak, enabling a wider distribution of Kodak's CTP products, as well as MacDermid's printing plates.

The agreement will allow customers of Kodak and MacDermid to more easily access digital technologies, including CTP technology for proofing, imaging and printing plates, added the company.

MacDermid's products are used to print everything from paper cups to aluminium cans, from labels to boxes, from foil to films, and from books to newspapers.

Our Photopolymer Plates, Offset Blankets and Sleeves provide exceptional solutions that deliver high quality graphic capabilities to all types of packaging, commercial and newspaper printing applications.

The MacDermid Printing Solutions stand at Labelexpo will be in hall 11, stand number NR Q59.
