Mike Flannigan has been appointed sales manager by the USA's Maxcess for corporate user accounts to better serve multi-plant and multi-national customers of Fife, MAGPOWR and Tidland.

Mike Flannigan has been appointed sales manager by the USA's Maxcess for corporate user accounts to better serve multi-plant and multi-national customers of Fife, MAGPOWR and Tidland He brings 25 years of industry experience to his new role, including several engineering, technical and sales-related positions

In his last task, Flanagan served as district sales manager, where he provided local sales and support to customers in the east coast territory.

He holds a bachelors degree in speech communications with a minor in business administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Marcel Hage, group vice president of Maxcess International, said: "Many of our customers have realised that integrating new technology in to multiple locations is a complex challenge that, when executed correctly, can represent substantial savings to their operations.

This new position is a measure to ensure that best practices are implemented in installations of new equipment and retrofits throughout our customer base.

In his new position, Mike will work closely with our large network of Maxcess district managers and field service engineers to continue to drive the level of support our customers have come to expect from Fife, MAGPOWR, and Tidland." Maxcess International brings together the Fife, MAGPOWR and Tidland brands to provide web guiding, winding, slitting, inspection and tension control products to the converting industry.
