In his prior position as group vice president for Maxcess, Hage was instrumental in establishing Maxcess's companies in the supply and service of engineered products for the web handling industry.
The company said he championed successful initiatives including the launch of the D-MAX series web guide systems, CYGNUS tension control and ergonomic systems for winding.

He joined Maxcess International in 2000 as the vice president of sales and marketing for North America and exports.
He has over 15 years of industrial manufacturing experience, including time as vice president of sales and marketing for Cleveland Motion Controls (CMC).
He holds a masters degree in engineering from Cleveland State University.
Bruce Ryan, chief executive officer of Maxcess International, said: "Under Marcel's guidance, our company has seen significant growth and has been able to work with customers to provide outstanding products to meet the market needs.
Specifically, in this past year, he has helped Tidland shorten delivery times, strengthen services and develop more stringent quality assurance programmes.
Now, with this promotion, we look to Hage to do the same for the Fife and MAGPOWR operations as we focus our consolidated efforts on better serving our customers." Hage commented: "Providing the right product and services to customers has been the key to success for all of the Maxcess companies .

Maxcess International's operations are active in various fields, with Fife specialising in guiding and inspection systems, MAGPOWR focused on tension controls and Tidland concentrating on slitting and winding equipment.
