Deckers Druk in Beveren (Belgium) has chosen Flightcheck Online, from Markzware Europe for checking and sending customers graphic files via the internet.
Flightcheck adds new support for Adobe Framemaker, Microsoft's Word, Publisher and Powerpoint, as well as the ability to interface with Flightcheck version 5.52 for Windows.
Anyone that currently has either Flightcheck Designer or Professional can now automate the pre-flighting process with their current Ground Control settings.
Now, instead of only checking one file at a time, with the Flightcheck Workflow and Flightcheck combination, thousands of files can be processed, claimed Markzware - including, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, QuarkXPress or Enfocus Pitstop, creating a complete PDF workflow.
The product includes direct 'mini-solutions', including batch converting hi-res images to low-resolution 72 dots per inch (dpi) RGB JPEG images for use on the web and batch converting TIFF images to CMYK from RGB, indexed or LAB.
Batch correction of file extensions if they have been removed from the file name, is also now possible.
Users of Flightcheck include newspapers, advertising agencies, publishers, entertainment and media companies for print production, web-design and digital asset management.
