MetalFX Ink Helps Poster Win Excellence
Awards
MetalFX's Silvercoat ink and vignettes of gloss and dull varnish helped Jay Kay Press win the Best of Division and Excellence awards in the Printing and Imaging Association of Mid-America competition.
The Best of Division award was granted by an eight-colour poster Jay Kay Press's Cotes du Coeur poster MetalFX, a Ciba Specialty Chemicals company, is described by the company as a universal process and spot metallic colour system that allows millions of metallic colours to be printed by adding one base silver ink to the usual CMYK mix
