The latest versions of the machine incorporate carton guides as an aid to packaging printers.
The R200 is available in two-colour, four-colour and five-colour versions.
Said to be capable of printing at up to 13,000 sheets per hour (sph), R200 presses are claimed to be able to handle sheet sizes up to 520mm x 740mm, in thicknesses from 0.04mm to 0.8mm, making it suitable for printers producing folders and packaging materials, as well as a full range of general commercial print.

The conversation of incoming data to a cutting programme is achieved automatically.
The USB interface, used in conjunction with USB memory sticks, also provides for a method of backing-up data and interchanging cutting programmes between machines added the company.
Pro-tec has a 12" TFT display with touch-screen, full-colour, active operator interface and offers an optional automatic waste disposal (ASE) that allows the user to dispose of off-cuts quickly and efficiently.
With ASE the front table opens to accept the offcuts as the knife descends.
