MAN Roland's 1000th PECOM system has been installed at D and G Deschamps Tourcoing (France).

The company recently invested in a four-colour Roland 700 with an APL automatic plate loading and cylinder washing device.

With its new press, the management intends to develop business in new market segments and, to be prepared for future requirements, it has now also invested in PECOM.

MAN Roland's Press Management System, PECOM provides full networking of printing operations, making all data readily available as needed and producing significant time savings in make-ready, creating faster press availability and increasing throughput.

Inking data is accurate, enabling waste to be reduced, whilst producing the first good sheet faster.

The company operates mainly in the commercial printing market.

With a staff of 43 and a turnover of 6.1 million Euros, the company has provided regional and Paris-based customers with mail-order catalogues and labels, for instance, for many years.
