MAN Roland GB has announced the appointment of Linda Ruane to the position of consumables business development manager for the north of the UK.

MAN Roland GB has announced the appointment of Linda Ruane to the position of consumables business development manager for the north of the UK Another new appointment is that of Morag Johnson to the position of roller service manager for MAN Roland

Johnson is based at the Westland Rollers facility in Corby.

Linda Ruane joins the company having spent five years working for a blanket supplier.

"Joining MAN Roland allows me to take a step up in the industry.

I have a wider range of top quality consumables to work with, and a ready made customer base running MAN Roland's leading range of web and sheet-fed presses.

If you are gong to make a career move, you might as well move to the best," said Ruane.

She will be responsible for managing accounts using Westland rollers, Vulcan blankets, and Fuji-Hunt chemistry.

Morag Johnson has been working at Westland Rollers for two years in an administrative and customer service role.

Her appointment at MAN Roland gives her responsibility for MAN Roland roller orders within the Westland operation at Corby.

She commented: "During my time here I have been able to build good relationships with customers, and have a good working knowledge of their needs and requirements.".
