We have already been very impressed with the productivity of the new press and the downtime we spend making the press ready for a new job is now reduced to just a few minutes." And the company's chairman, Joe Sall, added: "These enhancements tie in well with our latest pre-press investment in the Fujifilm processless CTP system for producing B1+ format plates.
The CTP and press investments mean that we can be up to colour on the machines very quickly, which means less waste and even faster job turnaround time." Printpak operates from a 50,000 square foot factory with room for further expansion when necessary.

This Roland 700 Hiprint investment will help take the business to the next level in terms of its productivity and its performance, with reduced make-readies, accurate and consistent colour monitoring, together with the ability to handle an even wide range of substrates.".
