MAN Roland Leads Print Industry In
Patents League
MAN Roland has claimed to be the only press manufacturer to represent the printing industry in the top 20 most active patent applicants in Germany.
Whilst the automotive and engineering industries led the way for the most patent applications in the country during last year, MAN Roland flew printing's banner with 210 published patent applications published by the German Patent and Trade Mark Office in 2007 The printing press manufacturer said it has repeatedly been one of the top 20 amongst the 50 most active patent applicants in Germany, ahead of its competitors in the printing industry
