8% UK Price Rise For Paper Sheets And
Reels
Fine paper sheets and reels in the UK will be the subject of an eight per cent price rise from the beginning of June M-real has announced.
According to M-real the increase is necessary even though prices rose at the beginning of this year because prices are still unsatisfactory Andrew Gunman, regional sales director for M-real Graphic Papers UK and Ireland, commented: "Cost increases remain relentless and we have to match these urgently with comparable revenue increases to maintain good continuity of supply to the UK and get a more sustainable economic value for our products." He continued: "M-real's UK Graphic Papers will work closely with merchants and printers to implement this increase at the stated date,"
