The UK's largest print show rooms will host a day of demonstrations by Mitsubishi at its Riverside operation in Leeds on October 5 and 6.

The UK's largest print show rooms will host a day of demonstrations by Mitsubishi at its Riverside operation in Leeds on October 5 and 6.

The company said that the demonstrations will show how print rooms can be more cost effective by integrating the Mitsubishi's Intelligent Press Control software, which is said to reduce waste by utilising fully automatic plate changes.

Thomas Doliwa, the mnaging director of Mitsubishi Lithographic Presses, said: "We will show just how UK companies can run centralised data management in real time and a fully digitally linked pre-press operation right to the finishing processes." The open day has been timed to coincide with Print Yorkshire's Showcase 2005 event at the Royal Armouries on October 6.
