Part of Johnston Press, Sheffield Web has a 10-acre site that became operational in the summer of 2006.
The operation has the latest MAN Roland presses for printing titles from Johnston's newspaper ange and titles from other publishers, such as Metro and the Times Educational Supplement.
Mosca Direct said that Sheffield Web needed reliable, high-speed strapping equipment that could match the output of the pressroom and the company chose Mosca because of the favourable experience of that equipment at other sites within the Johnston group.
Nick Boxall, Sheffield Web's managing director, commented: "Our colleagues confirmed that Mosca manufactures very consistent and efficient machines, so we were happy to go with them.
We have been using the Mosca RO-TAI-5s for over a year now and the machines perform extremely well.
They do everything we could have wanted from them.".
