Neckar Paper goes into administration

The shareholders of Neckar Paper, known as Papierfabrik am Neckar, have entered the business into administration.
The process will enable a detailed review of the business to be undertaken while a way forward is worked out.
The company will be able to fulfil all transactions until the end of this year, both for orders that have already been confirmed and for orders that will be confirmed.
A statement will be issued before the end of September, outlining the plans for the business and the objectives and commitments for Neckar Paper in 2009.
The process will be managed by two commercial lawyers, Rudiger Mocker and Matthias Sierig.
It will be their responsibility to manage the business of the company during this period and to take matters forward.
Both lawyers are confident the business will remain strong and that it has an excellent chance in the future.
