Neopost, the provider of mailing, addressing, document handling and mail management systems has launched an automated folding and inserting system for everyday mailings The company's new SI-30 is claimed to allow organisations with low mail volumes to benefit from the same technology that provides the precision and reliability associated with large volume mailing systems

The Neopost SI-30's user interface enables all personnel to operate the system without being trained, and there is no need for a dedicated operator, claimed the company.

The automated system fits on a desk and makes sure users do not have to waste time and money to hand fold and insert day-to-day outgoing mail, enabling on-demand inserting.

The SI-30 has a hand-feeding option, which allows paper to be put in its feeder every time a set of documents is ready to be sent.

The SI-30 will increase productivity and will improve the image of outgoing mail, believes Neopost.

Neopost's Secure 'N Feed technology incorporated in to the SI-30 is claimed to provide the highest level of double document mailing security and virtually eliminates the risk of information being sent to the wrong addressee.

In addition, the system is said to operate with almost any print density and a variety of paper colours and thickness.
