Neopost has introduced its Neopost Online Services to allow users to keep track of all mailroom activities via a personalised web-based account.

Said to be compatible with Neopost's IJ-80, IJ-90 and IJ-110 mailing systems, Neopost Online Services features tracking via email confirmations of sent and received mail and parcels, as well as providing reporting capabilities by tracking postage usage.

The company said that from a fully-secured web-based account, users can view detailed reports of all actions performed on any of their Neopost mailing systems, including postage usage by date, postal class, and type of transaction.

That feature allows mailroom managers and operators, marketing departments, and line of business (LOB) managers insight in to their expenditure and important document deliveries.

Additionally, operators or supervisors can analyse postage usage by department in visual dashboard or standard report views.

The data can be archived, printed, or downloaded to external devices for review at a later date.

Neopost Online Services also lets users track delivery and signature confirmation on packages and certified mail via their web-based account, whilst providing cost-savings from lower electronic USPS transaction fees.

As an added benefit, all metered transactions can be viewed from the mailroom or remote locations, added Neopost.

Through Neopost Online Services, software upgrades and rate adjustments can be automatically uploaded to the mailing system, eliminating the need of on-site visits by service technicians.

Users receive alerts via email about software upgrades, or pending USPS rate changes or low ink levels.
