Nexpress Solutions has completed its acquisition of some assets of the Buhrmann Graphic Systems digital sales and service business for the Nexpress 2100 digital production colour presses and Kodak Digimaster.

The company said that the financial terms of the deal are not being disclosed.

The agreement covers several key European countries, including Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, and Italy.

Buhrmann continues to sell and service Kodak Digimaster systems in Greece and several other European cities.

"We are pleased to complete this agreement, which adds a highly skilled team from Buhrmann to expand Nexpress's European market coverage.

Our customers can expect a seamless transition and continued strong support for their digital printing systems," said Venkat Purushotham, president and chief executive officer of Nexpress.
