Most recently, he was vice president of technical sales at NJM/CLI (formerly known as New Jersey Machine).
He also served as product manager for print and apply labellers and spearheaded development of NJM/CLI's RFID product line.
Previously, he was vice president of engineering at NJM/CLI and prior to that, he was vice president of engineering at Matsi.
He holds a masters degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts and he owns several patents, has published numerous white papers and is an accomplished industry speaker.
Delmolino said: "Norwood is a respected market leader known for its quality engineering and customer support.
With product safety such an important issue in the world today, manufacturers are searching for technologies that improve security and tracking.
