Globalis International and Objectif Lune have begun a strategic alliance to add Arabic and Persian support to Planetpress Suite and to market E-form Solution within Globalis International's territories in the Middle-East and Africa.

Developed by Objectif Lune, Planetpress Suite is a variable data printing software suite that enables conditional printing of text and graphics whilst allowing for efficient management of output distribution.

Objectif Lune said that with its software, companies achieve greater productivity from their existing processes, while gaining the ability to easily and quickly produce their critical printed business documents.

Customers can dispense with costly, pre-printed forms, create high visual quality documents, automate high-volume production, simultaneously deliver electronic formats or fax and create searchable archives.

Globalis International, which inherited in the Arabisation technology in 2002 with the Middle East structure of Alis Technologies, became a provider of printing software and hardware for the professional and industrial markets.

"We are very delighted of this partnership.

Globalis is proud to become Objectif Lune's arm in the Middle East and Africa, to give our customers in this region a cost saving product to replace pre-printed forms, while getting state-of-the-art features of e-forms printing," said Ghassan Gebrayel, the chief executive of Globalis International.

The announcement makes official a cooperation that started two years ago, during which time the two companies invested to aqddress the emerging E-form market for the Middle East and Africa regions.

" Objectif Lune's chief executive officer, Didier Gombert, said: "We are confident that the synergy between both companies will enable us to offer a complete and integrated variable data printing system adapted to the quickly emerging business needs of the Middle East and Africa." Objectif Lune has extended a training programme to Globalis teams in Montreal and the Middle East, and Globalis has implemented a support structure for Planetpress Suite.

The two companies have already started implementing Planetpress Suite in Middle East accounts.
