Oce's shareholders have agreed at an extraordinary meeting to the appointment of Hans A Kerkhoven to the company's board of executive directors with effect from yesterday.
Kerkhoven succeeds Jan van den Belt, who has stepped down after having reached retirement age.
The company's proposal for a modified remuneration policy for the board of executive directors was also adopted.
