A4 And A3 Hardcover Maker At Digital Print Show

The Fastbind Casematic hardcover maker, which is available in A4 and A3 models, will be highlighted by Ashgate Automation at Digital Print World stand for a comprehensive.

Alongside a range of finishing equipment for the A3 digital printer, Ashgate Automation will also show the Fastbind Elite perfect binder.

The Casematic produces personalised hardcovers, ready for binding on the Elite binder.

Alternatively the hardcases, which are made in CD - A3 sizes can be used to house CD and DVD discs and also ring binder mechanisms, which Ashgate said are proving popular.

Also at the show Ashgate will be producing personalised books with soft card and hardback covers, hardcases with CD and DVD inserts and hardcases with ring mechanisms.

The books will be produced on an A4 system and the A3 (XT) system, showing the diversity of work which the Fastbind range produces.

Featured at Digital Print world from UK manufacturer, KAS Paper Systems, will be the Kasfold Sprint bookletmaker and trimmer and the Crease Matic 150 range of programmable card creasers, fitted with the latest rotary perforating addition.

Working in conjunction with the Crease Matic 150, the Horizon P330 suction feed folder will be on show for folding pre-creased work from the CM150, as well as normal, two-plate folding of coated stocks.

The Graphic Whizard 6000 automatic numbering and perforating system will be on display.

The Ideal 4850EP programmable SRA3 guillotine completes the range.
