Gareth Roberts, managing director at Bishops Printers in Portsmouth, will be one of the key speakers at a seminar on the effective use of MIS systems at the PIRA MIS 2005 show.
Senior programmer Aeilt Zemering and business development manager Catherine Wilcox both received awards for 10 years' service.
Nicola Bisset said: "When Optimus was formed in the early 1980s it broke new ground in being the first MIS supplier providing dedicated software for the graphic arts industry.
Since then Optimus has continued with pioneering research and development work, constantly expanding the boundaries of MIS and taking us in to new markets.
However, the success of the company is due solely to the people who work here and it gives me great pleasure in presenting long service awards to so many employees.".
