Kris Prashad, OTM's managing director, said: "It was a tremendous month for OTM.

Our staff worked consistently through each day to ensure that all our customer service level agreements were met.

Contractual work carried out by OTM received a boost from a mailing to three million Thames Water domestic customers." And he added that: "Production of our unique digitally printed ticket booklets for First Choice holidays were also at a peak." OTM predicts that its annual postal volumes in 2006 will be in excess of 110 million mail packs.

The company which was formed in 2001, also offers clients electronic billing capabilities, one of the latest services in a range that OTM offers, which includes personalised messaging via the company's O42 system.
