Print Management Software Checks Data Entries
Printuitive, the management information system (MIS) from Outsourced Projects, now has the ability to check the data users enter.
The new system is to be a tab-based layout, using flat tints and colours.
The claimed simplicity is said to enable navigation to be easy to allow the software to be web hosted, viewed and accessed via the internet, using such programs as Filemaker, Explorer or Entourage, without the need for Filemaker licenses.
Outsourced Projects claimed that the companies that participate will save themselves money and could also gain a licence to sell the software when it is completed.
Once finished, the as yet unnamed software will be sold at a price that Outsourced Projects said would directly comparable with equivalent software packages available.
Companies wishing to become either beta sites, or business partners can pay a deposit with an additional payment to be paid on final installation and completion to achieve a saving on the projected retail cost.
The software will also be provided with a signed, full money back guarantee if the finished software does not meet the individual needs of the companies participating.
Outsourced Projects also explained that the participating companies will have a say in how the software acts, looks and feels and it will include personalised job sheets and delivery notes, for instance, along with other paperwork.
Beta sites would also qualify for free upgrades and free continuing support thereafter, which would have to be paid for by other customers when the software is on general sale. Request a free brochure from Outsourced Projects ...
