Xerox reseller Paper 4 Print has decided to realign its business strategy to take advantage of the growing digital printing market.

Xerox reseller Paper 4 Print has decided to realign its business strategy to take advantage of the growing digital printing market.

The Liverpool (UK) company launched in to the digital paper market this month with the Xerox range of digital papers.

In addition to its new paper range, the company has also redeveloped its website, introducing a new online paper store and implementing a marketing campaign to help promote its new sales channel.

Paper 4 Print managing director, Clive Weir, said: "I'm delighted because sales in the traditional print industry and paper market have suffered a steep decline over the past 18 months and this gives us a new opportunity to grow our business and offer our customers new and exciting products." As well as a new product range and sales channel, Paper 4 Print has also taken the decision to re-brand its business.

The company feels that operating in a market that is rapidly changing will force industry suppliers to become more customer focused.

Clive Weir commented: "Many of the large paper merchants are consolidating through acquisition and looking to reduce costs wherever possible.

In our opinion this has led to a reduction in the overall level of customer service.

Our aim is to offer our customers a true business partnership, providing advice on digital print applications, digital marketing techniques and paper selection, whilst at the same time enabling them to buy the products they require, when they need them." Paper 4 Print added that it hopes to buck the recent trend of declining growth in the paper and print market by focussing on print-on-demand and it is confident that its new strategy of concentrating on ordering and delivery, combined with customer service, will help it achieve its objectives.
