South African Printer's Senior Management Shifts

South African printing group, the Paarl Media Group has made three senior management appointments to maximise its ability to fulfil the requirements of clients.

General manager of newspaper and printing operation, Paarl Post, for almost three years, Conrad Rademeyer, has now joined Paarl Web, the group's glossy magazine printing plant, as managing director.

Christoff Botha, the managing director of Paarl Web, has been promoted to managing mirector of the commercial and magazine publication gravure printer, Paarl Gravure.

Meanwhile, the former Paarl Gravure managing director, Chris Snyman, has moved in to an executive director role at Paarl Media Holdings.

Snyman has been in key positions in the group for 20 years as general manager of Paarl Post, managing director of Paarl Web as well as at Paarl Gravure.

The group's chief executive officer, Stephen van der Walt, commented: "We view it as crucial to be able to offer such talented people further development, whilst harnessing their obvious strengths within the group.

We are proud to see our leaders grow and resume new responsibilities as their level of knowledge and ability increases within the Group.

Business will continue as usual at all the plants where new management will take over during a smooth transition period between April and June.".
