Perfectproof, the supplier of digital proofing systems, has been granted Sicogif certification by the organisation's Comite de Controle et de la Certification (3C).

Already FOGRA and GATF certified, the recognition by Sicogif will allow Perfectproof to consolidate its position in the world's main digital proofing markets, believes the company.

The Sicogif certified proofing system consists of Proofmaster v2.0.3 (Folio, Mezzo, Grande, Dalmatian), Perfectproof Commercial proofing paper and the Epson Stylus Pro 7600 and 9600 printers with Epson Ultrachrome inks (matte black and light black).

Perfectproof now features on Sicogif's listing of certified suppliers.

Mark Verbist, general manager of Perfectmroof Europe, said: "To ensure consistent, high quality digital proofs, the market requires an independent framework against which they can be scored.

In France, Sicogif is fast becoming the industry's point of reference and we are delighted to have obtained this all important seal of approval.".
