Marino and Moosa joined Presstek in 2002, both originally signing two-year deals, which were to renew annually for additional one-year terms.
Instead, Marino and Moosa have executed new three-year agreements with the company.
Presstek's Chairman Richard Williams said: "We are very pleased to report that Mr Marino and Mr Moosa have signed on with us for another three years.
This strong management team successfully implemented an important transformation of the company that has set us on a solid foundation and positioned us for growth.
