Presstek, the direct digital imaging technology provider has appointed MAN Roland Finland OY as its distributor in Finland and the Baltic states.

At the same time MAN Roland Sweden has been appointed as Presstek distributor for the Swedish market.

Presstek is extending its partnership with MAN Roland in Europe, following earlier announced distributor appointments in Belgium, The Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland.

The appointment of MAN Roland Finland OY and MAN Roland Sweden as key distributors of Presstek's Dimension CTP range with chemistry free and process-less plates will further the company's presence as a leading provider of direct digital imaging technology, it believes.

Lauri Vanhala, sales manager MAN Roland Finland Oy said: "The Presstek products perfectly fit in with our MAN Roland and Ryobi B3 and B2 format presses.

Chemical free processing is a growing issue for our customers.

We feel the environmental benefits of the Presstek Dimension series using chemistry-free Anthem plates will be extremely attractive to the Finish and Baltic printing and graphics industry." MAN Roland Finland Oy had already worked with Presstek in the DI area.
