The manufacturer and marketer of environmentally responsible digital imaging solutions for the graphic arts and laser imaging markets has announced an agreement with DIGraph, it's Italian distributor, to add eight Dimension thermal platesetter systems to its installed base.

DIGraph was last year's recipient of the award for Presstek's best distributor in Europe.

With increased demand for computer-to-plate solutions DIGraph still holds a leading position in view of Presstek CTP installations.

"Presstek technology suits the Italian marketplace," says Dr Fabrizio Fiorito, general manager of DIGraph.

"At Drupa 2000 we signed our distributor agreement with Presstek and now we have over 40 installations in Italy.

We believe the market is eager to adopt the digital imaging concept and Presstek equipment is the best." Presstek and DIGraph have a strong relationship through the successful uptake in Europe of chemistry-free plate technology and digital imaging systems and DIGraph organises Presstek European distributor meetings each year in Rome, said Presstek.
