Presstek has announced three new additions to its executive team, which it said reflect the company's continued focus on sales and customer service.

Presstek has announced three new additions to its executive team, which it said reflect the company's continued focus on sales and customer service.

Emile Tabassi, vice president for north American sales will oversee a continent-wide network of sales and support people and distributors.

As the face of Presstek to the customer, this team will inform and educate customers on the company's products and services, whilst maximising Presstek's consultative approach.

Joe Musgrave, is now vice president for north American servic.

He and his team are responsible for all areas of service delivery, including technical support, installation services, repair services, training, parts and service contract sales.

Ron Cardone, has become chief information officer and is responsible for managing the day-to-day support of the company's information technology, as well as establishing the strategic direction of Presstek's internal business systems.

"The addition of these people is a critical step in our integration of A B Dick and our evolution as a single operating business unit," said president and chief executive officer Edward Marino.

"Our enhanced executive team, designed to take Presstek in to the future, is organised to intensify the company's focus on delivering emerging technology and service to new and existing customers around the world." As previously reported, Presstek hasMarino has assumed direct responsibility for all sales, service and customer-facing operations worldwide.

The new appoiontees will support Marino in developing the company's efforts.
