A newly opened UK print consultancy in Hampshire said it aims to provide independent advice to print buyers and anyone that procures printed matter.
Based on what it described as hard earned experience, PH Print Consulting said it hopes to be one of the companies that counters what it sees as a trend of putting inexperienced people in charge of print.
Paul Pickering at PH Print Consulting said: "Our view is that to lead a print company you must have served sometime on the shopfloor gaining a vital insight in to the technical issues involved.
Try asking some people what emulsification is or how to overcome it and I doubt that without help they could answer the question.".
