Dr Raksis joined Flint Ink in 1997.
Previously, he was with W.
R.
Grace and Co.
in Columbia, Maryland (USA), where he was vice president of the research division.
He received his PhD in Physical Organic Chemistry from the University of California and was a National Science Foundation Cooperative Fellow.
He has written 15 scientific publications and holds 12 US patents.
He is on the board of directors and is past chairman of the Industrial Research Institute, and serves as president of the National Printing Ink Research Institute (NPIRI).
Precisia LLC is a separate business unit of Flint Ink Corporation and provides conductive and advanced printing inks and electronics technology and processes.
Its products include essential materials for radio frequency identification (RFID) and other printed electronics applications, including smart and active packaging and labelling, printed electronics, lighting and displays.
