Sheffield Print Firm Supports Design
Talent
Pinders has provided 96 architecture students from Sheffield, Huddersfield and Leeds (UK) with art materials as part of its support for a Yorkshire initiative to promote young design talent.
The Sheffield company backed Yorkshire Design Day, which was organised by the Yorkshire Regional office of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) as a collaboration between the four Schools of Architecture in the region The challenge facing the students was to find a site for a mobile architecture centre for Sheffield and produce a design, equipped only with steel rods, paper and GBP15 each
