Pre-Flight System For PIA/GATF Helps Training

PIA/GATF has been donated a 30-seat license of Flightcheck Professional, Markzware's pre-flight system for designers and pre-press production departments within printing and publishing.
Joseph Marin, PIA/GATF's senior pre-press technologist, said: "Flightcheck Professional is an important component to the PIA/GATF production and training programmes." He added: "Flightcheck Professional is a tool used to efficiently pre-flight both native application files and PDF files.
The software's user-friendly interface and short learning curve is a perfect fit for our training programmes." PIA/GATF said it is the world's largest graphic arts trade association representing 1.2 million employees.
It serves the interests of 12,000 member companies.
The organisation, along with its affiliates, provides products and services that are claimed to enhance the growth, efficiency and profitability of its members and the industry through advocacy, education, research and technical information.
