Wiltshire (UK) based mailing house, Priority Newstrade and Mailing, has launched a new colour digital print service Priority Digital.

The service, which is part of a £500,000 investment in an extension of the company's range of services.

Located in a new custom-built 2,000 square foot studio, Priority Digital is a one-stop design and print service for a wide range of business material including short-run prints of brochures, catalogues, flyers, leaflets and business cards.

It also offers web site design and development and interactive DVD and CD ROMS.

Priority's financial director, Paul Nation explained: "We have extensive experience of working in the direct mail industry through our established mailing and polywrapping services.

The addition of digital printing is in response to the growing needs of our clients for a cost-effective package that combines printing, delivery and design of all their promotional needs.

Benefits of digital printing include a print on demand capability to allow short print runs, cutting out the expensive set-up costs that may occur with traditional litho printing.

Another benefit of digital printing is the ability to personalise a piece of material with variable text and images." Digital and web design specialist, Spencer Turner commented: "Companies are looking for new ways to better target their customers through effective marketing messages.

We can now offer the ability to design, print, and post a personalised product tailored to someone's specific preferences without massive cost implications.".
